A very important thing

RUKI: You know, we are a visual kei band, so do nails, makeup and stuff, right?

KAI: Yes.

RUKI: So sometimes people tell me “He is gay” and things like that.

KAI: Ehhhhh ?! Because of the makeup?

RUKI: Yeah, tell me these things. There are those moments … For example, in the comments of my instagram, people say “bitch” and things like that.

RUKI and KAI: [laughs]

RUKI: I mean, because my clothes are different and is not manly in the view of some people.

[…]

RUKI: But honestly during the lives I can see happiness in our fans. They seem to really enjoy our music, so it makes me happy. I don’t care about those other bad things because the impression of our fans is the only thing that matters to me. And I believe that not all of them think so negatively.

From:  Radio the GazettE, with Ruki and Kai.

It’s nice that Ruki not take it so seriously and as an adult can handle this, but what about the fans? That’s a bit childish and silly. Don’t make comments like these to the GazettE members, it’s very unpleasant. It’s a matter of respect.

monstershade

i’m pretty sure anyone saying negative things on his ig are most likely not fans. random things pop up in peoples suggested likes on there all of the time or other people can view their followers likes. people with shitty ‘tudes who have no idea who ruki or tg are probably come across them and say shitty things just for the sake of being shitty. it happens to pretty much any public figure or someone who has a lot of popularity on social media. i mean, it could be some angry fans but to be honest i feel like you’re not really a fan if all you do is shit all over the band.
